The current head, legal representative and overall administrative work are Wang Xiaodi, a national first-class director who graduated from the Central Academy of Drama and a representative of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress; Pan Daqing, an associate research librarian who graduated from Shenyang University of Technology and Sun Yat-sen University, is the secretary of the Party branch, in charge of party affairs and other comprehensive work.

The troupe has a comprehensive administrative office, an art room, an actor team, a stage team and other institutions.

From June, 5438 to February, 2008, Guangzhou Dramatic Art Center Co., Ltd. was established with the contribution of the troupe. Drama art creation and brokerage performance will be carried out in an all-round way; Equipment, theater, rehearsal field, property leasing; Stage career; Art training; Film and television audio-visual production and other projects.
