1, Guangzhou Yuexiu Special School, Yuexiu Peizhi School is a public special school in the west of Yuexiu District. The school provides learning, physical rehabilitation, defect compensation, pre-job training and other conditions for students with mental retardation according to local conditions, which embodies humanistic care, encouragement and concern for the particularity of physical and mental development of children with mental retardation.

2. Nanchang Special School was established in 1985. Nanchang Peizhi School is located at No.71Jiabao Lane, covering an area of 2,329 square meters and a building area of 2,053 square meters. It is the first special education school in the province to provide nine-year compulsory vocational education for mentally retarded children (6- 18 years old).

3. Tianjin Jinnan Special School, located at the southern end of Hongqi Road, Xianshuigu Town, Jinnan District, Tianjin, was founded in April 1990. It belongs to the national nine-year compulsory education and recruits children with mental retardation and physical disability for the whole region.

4. Tianjin Hongqiao Special School, located atNo. 1, Jiaojunchang Street, Hongqi Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin, was founded at 1985. It is an educational school for mentally retarded students, which integrates pre-school rehabilitation, compulsory education and title education.

5. Luohe Special School, founded in September of 1987, was listed as a school for mentally handicapped students in Yuanhui District on October 24th of 1998+065438, and officially renamed as "Yuanhui District Boai School" on May 8th, 2007.
