I. Preparations
1, Sales Department:
To know the details and audit days of people who come to audit, it is best to know their audit style and professional background;
It is best to get an outline or form of the audit question. At present, foreign-funded and domestic-funded enterprises have completed specific questions and grading regulations, and these documents can allow you to make targeted preparations;
When preparing a plan, it is best to wash away the time of the journey, because this review time is irreversible.
2. The quality department:
TS 16949 certificate and related quality manuals, program documents, inspection specifications and various experimental specifications and standard documents;
Quality data, customer feedback and 8D reports over the years, and audit reports of various OEMs or similar ones with Volkswagen Beijing Office and Mazda Shanghai Office (the former can replace the audit of Changchun FAW-Volkswagen and Shanghai Volkswagen, and the latter can replace the audit of all Mazda branches in China).
Provide Ppm and various performance files.
If the sales department gets the specific documents, it will score and rectify in advance according to its actual situation.
3. Technical Department (at present, design and development are generally not involved in China)
If it has been matched, it is necessary to prepare the integrity and accuracy of the APQP file of the component, paying special attention to the definition of severity, frequency and undetectability of FMEA;
Original documents of various technical parameters, especially special characteristic parameters;
Prepare the project engineer's reply (answer the products he should be responsible for and explain the importance attached to related products)
4. Production unit
Arrange production plan and mass production within the audit time;
If the production is three shifts, it is necessary to arrange an experienced team to do the day shift;
Arrange proper inventory storage.
The reliability and uncertainty of the experiment are decomposed by the experimental outline and technical parameters required by customers.
