On the training content of new employees in banks
With the development of technology, the precision and sensitivity of money counter are getting higher and higher, which has the potential to replace manual money counting. I think many of you here are college graduates with ideals and achievements in the future, but as front-line employees of banks, most of the money in and out of our hands still depends on our manual counting, so we must start with the most basic business counting to improve work efficiency. We should be accurate, fast and good when dealing with cash receipts and payments and the hour. "accurate" means pointing out that money is good and not chaotic. "Fast" means to speed up the counting of banknotes and improve work efficiency on the premise of accuracy. "Good" means that the counted banknotes should meet the requirements of "five good money bundles". Accuracy is the basis and premise of cash receipt and payment and timing, and "fast" and "good" are the necessary conditions for banks to speed up currency circulation and improve service quality. First of all, let me talk about the basic essentials of counting money. To learn to count money, you must first master the basic essentials. The basic essentials apply to any method. It can be roughly summarized as follows:

(1) When counting money, you should have a correct posture, that is, relax your muscles, put your elbows on the table naturally, the holder's left wrist touches the table, and the right wrist is slightly raised. If the posture is incorrect and the fingers are stiff, it will not only affect the speed of counting money, but also consume physical strength. (2) banknotes should be neat, which is the premise of counting banknotes. (3) The fan should be turned on evenly. Before counting money, the front should be fan-shaped or small fan-shaped, so that the money has a slope and is easy to distort. Whether the sector is even or not determines whether the counting of banknotes is accurate. (4) Finger contact surface should be small. When counting banknotes manually, the contact surface between the fingers and the banknotes should be small. If the finger contact surface is large, the amplitude of finger reciprocating motion will increase, which will slow down the finger frequency and affect the counting speed. (5) Consistency of actions: Consistency of actions during banknote counting is one of the necessary conditions for speeding up banknote counting. Coherent action means that all links in the process of pointing banknotes must be coordinated and fastened. For example, after counting 100 banknotes, you hold the ticket in your left hand and the waist paper in your right hand. At the same time, the money in your left hand follows, and it is quickly tied up. At the same time when the right hand puts the ticket, the left hand holds another bill to prepare for counting, the right hand touches the water to count the bill, and so on. In this way, kidnapping, ticket holding and counting are closely linked. This requires that the movements of both hands should be coordinated and the counting movements should be even, and it is forbidden to be fast and slow, sometimes more and sometimes less. In addition, in the process of counting bundles, try to reduce unnecessary small moves so as not to affect the consistency of actions and the speed of counting money.

(6) Coordination in counting banknotes: Counting banknotes and counting banknotes are two important aspects in the process of counting banknotes, and these two aspects should cooperate with each other and be coordinated. If the counting speed is fast and the counting can't keep up, or if the counting speed is slow and the counting speed is too fast, it will lead to inaccurate counting and errors. Therefore, points and numbers must be consistent, which is one of the prerequisites for punctuality. In order to combine the two closely, counting usually adopts grouping method. Single-finger sheets count as a group of ten sheets, and multi-finger sheets count as a group of clearing sheets, so that the speed of points and numbers can basically match. The basic link of counting money

Counting money is a continuous and complete process from the beginning of removing the handle to the end of tying it. Generally, it includes the steps of opening and holding banknotes, counting banknotes, counting, aligning, tying banknotes and stamping. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare money counting boxes, seals, notes, pens and other tools. In order to speed up the counting and improve the counting level, all links and preparations must be done well.

(1) Dismantling and holding paper money

When counting the number of bundles, the waist paper should be taken out first. When removing the handle, you can take off the waist paper and keep it intact, or you can hook it with your fingers. Usually take off the waist paper at the initial point, so that mistakes can be found and found when repeating points, and waist paper is usually hooked when repeating points.

The speed of taking money and the correct posture will also affect the speed of counting money. Pay attention to the grip of each counting method.

(2) Counting

Counting is the key link in counting money. The speed and accuracy of counting banknotes are directly related to the accuracy and speed of counting banknotes. Therefore, we should study hard and practice the basic skills of counting well in order to make counting fast and accurate.

If mistakes are found in the process of counting banknotes, they should be recorded on the original waist paper, and the original waist paper should be tied together on the banknotes, so as to find out the reasons afterwards and then deal with them.

(3) Counting

Counting is also the basic link of counting money, which complements counting. On the basis of accurate counting, accurate counting must be realized.

(4) Pier positioning

After counting the banknotes, before tying them, in order to keep the appearance of the banknotes neat and beautiful, the banknotes should be piled up. The four sides of the ticket pier should be horizontal, without outcrop or trapezoidal stagger, and the rolling angle should be flat. Let go of your hand when stacking. First of all, put the money upright, knead it into tiles by hand and pile it on the table. Then, stand them horizontally, knead them into tiles and pile them on the table.

(5) tightening

After counting each bill, fasten the waist paper. The waist paper is required to be tied in half of the banknote, and the left-right deviation is not more than 2 cm. At the same time, it is required to tie it tightly, subject to the fact that the first banknote has not been taken out.

(6) sealing

Stamping is the last step in the counting process. Stamp the cashier's seal on the waist paper to show that you are responsible for the quality and quantity of banknotes. Therefore, every cashier should stamp the money after counting, and the stamp should be clear, subject to the clear line number and name.
