Organic anti-blocking agent
Organic anti-blocking agents are usually polymers of silicone or methacrylate vinegar. This kind of cross-linked polymer particles with specific structure, after mixing with polymer resin, form a certain height of protrusions on the surface of the film obtained by directional stretching, thus playing the role of anti-adhesion of the film.

The advantages of organic anti-caking agent are:

(l) Good optical properties, which have little influence on the transparency of the film;

(2) It can increase the slip and make the film have a lower friction coefficient;

(3) The film surface will not be scratched, and the film gloss is high.

The material price of organic anti-blocking agent is much higher than that of inorganic anti-blocking agent, generally about 3 ~ 6 times, so at present, organic anti-blocking agent is only used for high-grade film products.
