Precautions for manual handling: (1) When working alone, hold tightly, lift steadily, and slow down to prevent squeezing fingers and objects from falling.

(2) When many people are working, they must greet each other and act in unison. It is forbidden to act alone and suddenly lift, put down, start, accelerate or stop. It is forbidden to throw by yourself.

(3) When carrying objects with the handle, two people should move forward side by side, with their bodies slightly tilted inward, not too far apart, and the steps should be small, steady and consistent.

(4) It is not allowed to carry heavy objects without complete assurance or help from others.
