Due to the increasingly updated distribution equipment, new products and technologies emerge one after another. Only by constantly learning and mastering more new knowledge and technology can we master and manage new distribution network equipment. Through study and practice, I have a set of mature management and operation experience for new transformers, pole switches, cable branch box and ring network cabinets. The analysis and judgment of power supply accidents are relatively decisive and accurate, which effectively reduces the time for accident handling and has been fully affirmed by company leaders and customers.

1. It is suggested to communicate with the power supply bureau to determine the design principles of the distribution network reconstruction project to avoid repeated modifications. In addition, the expense documents issued by provincial companies should be sorted out and publicized in time, and the scope of application and timeliness should be clearly defined.
2. Some computers have running problems (configured in 2005), and I hope to replace them with computers with higher configuration.
Shishan has a vast territory and rapid industrial development. Overhead lines are widely used in its 10kV line, which crosses many hills. This puts forward higher requirements for the placement and measurement of line towers. At present, we have no experience in calculating the overhead line crossing force and the corresponding measurement method, and there is no related measurement cost in the budget. We hope the superior can solve this problem.
4. At present, the local installation company is responsible for the design of the industrial expansion project of Shishan distribution network, but when we intervened in the early stage, the projects in the power supply station were not clearly defined, which led us to fail to complete the preliminary design and budget of the project and even assist the power supply station in applying for construction. This project needs to be classified as an industrial expansion project. This situation not only wastes our time, but also discourages our enthusiasm for work.
5. Engineering budgeting is a combination of technology and economy. In the course of work, we deeply realize the importance of professional technical knowledge (design) to budget preparation, and suggest that company leaders can organize design technical forces to train cost majors and improve their technical level.
6. For design and construction general contracting projects, customers often ask for construction invoices before or during payment. According to the current process, it takes several weeks or even longer to issue invoices, which customers find difficult to understand and we can't give a reasonable answer.
Three, the second half of the situation and task completion forecast
Judging from the current situation, it is estimated that the workload in the second half of the year will be greater than that in the first half. Now the scale of user projects is relatively large, and the preliminary work needs more time and energy to deal with it. In addition, in the second half of the year, part of the distribution network engineering design will be gradually carried out, and some other work will be carried out by the power supply department, which will cross influence. Nevertheless, our department will work with Qi Xin to handle all kinds of projects and things and try our best to complete all tasks.

Because all kinds of projects are intertwined, it is impossible to design all kinds of projects at the same time, so it is necessary to classify the projects and prioritize them.
