I. Organization and content of vocational skills training for retired soldiers

The vocational skills training for retired soldiers shall be organized and implemented by the municipal and county veterans affairs departments, and voluntary participation and free training shall be implemented. By combining the training of self-selected colleges and designated colleges, retired soldiers can only choose one of them to participate.

1, self-selected institution training. Under the guidance of the local human resources and social security department, the municipal and county veterans affairs departments, according to the industrial development and trainees' training needs, refer to the national vocational qualification catalogue and the list of special vocational ability evaluation projects, and select qualified training institutions to organize training in the whole province.

2. It is designated institution training. Veterans affairs departments of cities and counties organize retired soldiers to attend training in six designated colleges and universities according to the six majors selected by the provincial veterans affairs department.

Two, retired soldiers occupation skill training fee payment method

1. The adaptive training fee for retired soldiers shall be paid to the unified account of Hainan Tianya Human Resources Management Service Co., Ltd. by the retired military affairs departments of cities and counties according to the standard of 200 yuan/person after the training.

2. The training funds of self-employment institutions for retired soldiers' vocational skills take the form of "first pad and then supplement". The local veterans affairs department shall pay tuition and miscellaneous fees of no more than 1.000 yuan to the training institution if the trainees obtain the professional professional competence certificate after training, and the trainees who have obtained the national vocational qualification certificates of primary, intermediate and advanced countries shall pay no more than 1.500 yuan, 1.800 yuan and 2,200 yuan respectively.
