I. Work objectives
In 2005, 4,800 people were trained, accounting for 80% of the total number of employees.

1, coal mine level 4 transfer. According to the training time of general professional posts, organize relevant personnel to carry out full-time and non-full-time training in a planned way, and conduct annual examination of qualification certificates for 2,050 people in 18 posts such as small belts and winches.
2, coal mine level 3 and general job transfer training. Complete the transfer plan of the group company, including 208 people in three positions, such as electrical fitter 13, and 247 people in five positions, such as electrician.
3. Work level and education "double certificates" training, evaluation and evidence collection. Among them, there are 0/30 senior workers and high school students who have been trained, evaluated and obtained evidence, and 250 intermediate workers who have been trained, evaluated and obtained evidence; The "double certificate" class for team leaders and production backbones of production and auxiliary units plans to train 40 people; The "double certificate" class of mine electrical fitter plans to train 50 people and outsource 40 senior workers; Self-run five training courses for intermediate workers such as explosive workers, lathe workers, mine electricians and tile security guards, and plan to train 250 people.

5. Newly train 450 professional workers such as blasting workers, miners and electricians, and plan to train 350 people independently, hold 8 training courses, and do a good job in examination and certification.
6. Adaptive training. The miners, electricians, tile security guards and blasting workers engaged in front-line operations shall be trained in safety professional knowledge in stages, and regular assessment shall be organized.
7. Establish a team study room. In coal mining, tunneling, electromechanical, general prevention and other majors, a team study room is established, and the chief engineer is in charge of the responsibility system. Through study and examination, a group of professional and technical experts have been trained.
8. Carry out on-the-job training and technical competitions. On-the-job training activities are carried out by party branches, and the number of on-the-job training accounts for 50% of the total number of employees. The mine organized 16 to 20 mine-level technical competitions, ensuring that more than 60% professionals participated.
9. Implement the "CBA assessment progressive system" for employee skills training. Establish a progressive CBA employee skills training and assessment system, focusing on achieving technical level and obtaining professional qualifications for promotion, and improving the overall quality of the staff.

3.
