League branch meetings are generally held once every six months for about three days. There are generally three kinds of meetings that need to be held by the Youth League branch, namely, the general meeting of branch members, the branch committee and the youth league group meeting, commonly known as the "three meetings". The general meeting of branch members is held twice a year, the branch committee is held once a month, and the League branch meeting is held once a month.

The secretary of the Youth League Branch is the abbreviation of the secretary of the Youth League Branch Committee, and is the core figure of the Youth League Branch Committee, and is fully responsible for the work of the Youth League Branch. The Communist Youth League branch secretary is at the forefront of the grass-roots construction of the Communist Youth League. Its main responsibility is to organize the regular activities of the Youth League branch and preside over the daily work of the Youth League branch under the collective leadership of the Youth League branch committee and according to the resolutions of the branch members' meeting and the branch committee.
