How many hours does the safety education and training for old employees take?
Safety education and training for old employees shall not be less than 20 hours.

Article 15 of Order No.3 of state administration of work safety stipulates that the training time for new employees in production and business units shall not be less than 24 hours. The safety training time for new employees in coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and other production and business units shall not be less than 72 hours, and the annual retraining time shall not be less than 20 hours.

Pre-job safety training at the factory level shall include:

1, safety production situation and basic knowledge of safety production in this unit;

2, the unit safety production rules and regulations and labor discipline;

3. The rights and obligations of employees in production safety;

4. Relevant accident cases, etc.

In addition to the above contents, the factory-level safety training of coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and other production and business units should increase the contents of accident emergency rescue, accident emergency plan drills and preventive measures.
