We have worked hard on Qi Xin, a cadre and worker in the whole mine, optimizing design, making scientific arrangements and strengthening management. The production situation of our mine was carefully organized and planned, and the leap-forward transformation from capital mine to production mine was successfully realized, and the roadway was successfully constructed, and the above indicators were completed ahead of schedule.

A track of 30kg/m and 900mm has been laid from the shaft to the bottom of the well, which greatly improves the underground transportation conditions.

4, the power system orderly and reliable power supply. The power supply of 35KV substation in our mine is from Panyunjie substation, with the capacity of 1 10KV, and it supplies power to the whole mine through two transformers with the capacity of 12500KVA. Ventilation room, main inclined shaft drive room, auxiliary shaft winch room, fully mechanized equipment library and other key places all adopt double-circuit power supply, all kinds of mechanical equipment are in good condition and all kinds of protective devices are in place.

5, mine ventilation system basically formed. The whole mine adopts 2-in 1 circulation (that is, the main and auxiliary inclined shafts take in air and the air shaft returns air), and the ventilation of 301kloc-0/working face adopts 3-in 1 circulation (air is taken by two measures for transportation and returned air is transported back). After the ventilation system of the north wing return air roadway and panel substation is safe and accurate, a perfect ventilation system is established.

6. The drainage system gradually forms a complete system. Before June, the temporary water storage tank at the lower mouth of the main inclined shaft was used, and two D46 horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps were used to drain water through a 4-inch pipeline in the main shaft. In September, five MD280-43×7 centrifugal pumps were installed and put into use in the main pump room, drainage pipes were installed in the 3010/kloc-0 working face and its upper and lower pipelines, and special drainage pipes were installed in the main tunnels underground.
