In 2007, for what reason will you be out?
This article is a propositional article. The reason is that the class has just been formed for more than a month, and four comrades have been produced. We all feel very sorry for this. There are pictures and truth:

Compared with the seven years we promised to work together, leaving the team in just over a month is too fast. I can still remember introducing myself when I entered the class. At first, they were full of commitment and ambition. However, under the circumstances that the squad leader and the value moon student repeatedly emphasized the league rules and the group leader repeatedly reminded them, they still fell behind. After understanding the relevant situation, I made some inner thoughts and feelings (as shown in the above picture), and our monitor Xiaoqi (flower name: Qibu) is a person who is particularly good at sizing up the situation and taking advantage of the situation (fortunately, the monitor is the core of 007, an excellent product manager and a humorous community administrator), so this proposition article came into being.

Now I feel that the proposition article is much better than the casual article! I pull down the framework and share it with you from four aspects: my feelings since I entered 007 for 40 days, my thoughts on my comrades' exit, when I might be out, and some suggestions for 007:

First, the feeling of joining 007 for forty days

I also wrote about the cause and effect of joining 007: I heard about 007 from Li Xiaolai's book, Luo Ji's thinking and Uncle Akiba's official number more than two years ago, and met my friend Xiao Fei (a 007er who has worked for more than two years). I was moved by his persistent spirit and joined 007. I had dinner with my friends the other day. Because I mentioned it to her twice, she asked me curiously: what is 007? What are the benefits of joining this community? Will there be a contribution fee for your article being adopted? What, there is a fee (399 yuan) for joining, and there is no reward. If you don't write this week, you will be given a red envelope, and if you don't write for two weeks, you will be kicked out? A series of questions, if you are not determined, will you feel that joining 007 is kicked in the head by a donkey?

In fact, when I first joined, I was curious about people who were energetic every day, because writing was a long-term ability, not a short-term effect. It didn't work in the early days, and many people couldn't persist. Fortunately, 007 is a weekly shift, task-driven. Due, there is a platform+comrades to remind each other, and they will move when they see everyone writing about themselves. So what do people who are self-driven and insist on day shift think? On this issue, I also specially asked a flying man who insisted on getting up early and writing hard. View our chat screenshot:

Xiao Fei's point of view, I absolutely agree: writing makes growth traceable, and writing acts as output to force input. In addition, Li Xiaolai once expressed in "The Road to Wealth Freedom": If a job can make you grow while gaining, then it is for yourself rather than others. People who have lived all their lives, whether infants or the elderly, will be eliminated by society if they are content with the status quo and do not constantly learn new knowledge-so growth is a lifelong thing. However, in the process of growing up, we have set a good direction, but we will always be hindered by such things. We wanted to take the broad road, but we were dragged into the path and slowly lost ourselves. If we can record the past in words and continue to review and summarize along the set direction, it will be easy to return to the "right path". However, people are too lazy, and it is precisely this recording process of implementation that makes it difficult for us to stick to it. So at this time, if someone with the same experience accompanies you, supervises you when you are in trouble, reminds you, and even has a system to restrain you, so that you can take this recording process as a task, will you increase your motivation? And 007, just acts as a supervisor. Imagine who was supervising you when you were growing up. Your mother counts, and so do all the teachers in your life. So in 2007, someone supervised you to complete your self-upgrading and promised to supervise you for seven years. You said, more than 399 yuan? Besides, how can you meet the other 76 elites from all over the country? Watching the efforts of the best of them is also a spur to you.

In 2007, there were 77 people in a class, and all the things were done by the comrades themselves. Each class has a monitor, a student on duty and a group leader. All activities are also guided by the monitor and led by the students on duty. In fact, I want to challenge myself to be born in the first month, because the first month has the most things to do and the most exercise. Unfortunately, just in August, it happened that the unit had more than ten days of training and there would be study at night, so the plan ran aground. However, at the opening ceremony, as the host, I made a temporary rescue. Although not fully prepared, but still normal play, make up for a little regret.

Class 007 is composed of high-quality personnel. Take our class 173 as an example. There are Japanese talents as young as 10 years old, college students who are still in school, company executives, software development project managers and self-disciplined babysitters. What I admire most is my mother who gave birth to two pairs of twins (yes, it is a miracle that both of them were born. These comrades-in-arms are people with great ideals and pursuits, so I feel very motivated to be with them and often influenced by them.

Second, the idea of comrades.

Four comrades-in-arms 007 went out just after the full moon, which should not be their original intention of coming to 007. There are many reasons to imagine that they didn't post or send red envelopes as required for two weeks: they were too busy to pay attention, they forgot when they were on a business trip, or they didn't know the rules and were lucky. ...

We are deeply saddened by their departure. As a team, no one wants to see someone fall behind at the beginning. But rules are rules. This is a game for adults. Although I regret it, I understand. In class, the students on duty and the group leader have the obligation to serve everyone. They use their children's sleeping time or rest time to work overtime at night to plan the opening ceremony, set up groups, remind children to do homework, check homework and so on. At the same time, they also urge you to finish your homework once, twice and three times ... When you don't give feedback or even rebel against others' efforts, will others still play with you? Even if you don't even have the basic feedback from someone who has been eager to help you, is he still in the mood to help you? Do you still deserve his help? I especially like what a comrade-in-arms said, so I want to end this sharing: seven years is a long time, and not everyone is worth walking with you.

Third, under what circumstances may I be out?

What I can think of at present may be: Qin Jie has become bigger and stronger, and it is boring to do 007, so it has turned off the 007 platform. Haha, it's true. There are really not many articles a week. Now that I'm here, I'm not going to leave.

However, seeing that other comrades can't take part in the post due, I have a small suggestion: prepare at any time every week, record some feelings at any time, make an outline, and have a little time to improve the composition. In this way, you don't have to squeeze your head to write an article when your homework is due, and at the same time, the article really becomes a record of what you learn, see, feel and think every day, so that your growth can be traced.

Fourth, some suggestions for 007

Based on the question asked by my friend that day, I have some thoughts: besides my own internal motivation, can there be some external conditions to motivate my comrades to write?

1. sort out some propositional articles and reward outstanding ones. For example, the headline has a Qingyun Award program to reward excellent articles; On 9.7-9. 17, an "unconditional writing day" was also held to make proposals and award prizes, as shown below.

In addition, Mi Meng, who has done quite well in the media field, often carries out proposition submission and case writing activities, with remarkable results.

2. Invite enterprises to draft 007er. The development of enterprises is also inseparable from good copywriting, but professional copywriting will also encounter bottlenecks. At present, 007 has been growing at a high speed, among which there are many talents. Both sides have similarities, so we might as well give it a try.

3. Statistical hobbies, career information, etc. , and provide a communication platform. At present, the communication is more about people in the class, with a maximum of 77 people, but there are nearly 15000 people in 007er, and I believe there are many people engaged in the same occupation. If we can build a platform where we can find like-minded people or big V at any time in 007, I believe most people will be overjoyed.

Of course, this is just some personal suggestions, and many platforms are already doing it. I believe Qin Jie will position himself according to the situation of 007 and think longer. Anyway, I just hope: 007 is getting better and better.

Here, I want to thank Xiao Fei for bringing me 007, and thank every elite I met in 007: Qin Jie, the boss, Qi Bu, the monitor, Shanghai Zhihe Haisheng, Deep Sea Zhiqiang, and every team leader of Class 173, as well as my sisters Qin Hong, Liu Lei, Bright, Wang Ning, Li Jiangge and so on. Here I want to say: there are still many excellent people like you.
