Staffing 1, 8 members, etc. When a construction enterprise participates in the bidding, the bidding documents no longer include the establishment of construction management personnel such as the builder, quality engineer, safety officer, mechanic, civil administrator, cost controller, material engineer, documenter and tester.
2. Stop issuing certificates: stop the examination and issuance of post certificates for managers of Tianjin Construction Project Department.
3. Coster: those who have obtained the qualification certificate and C certificate of national construction project cost engineer can serve as cost engineer and safety officer, and relevant information can be used for enterprises to declare their qualifications.
It should be noted that this move does not mean that Tianjin will cancel the "eight members". Although the certificate is no longer issued and the tender documents are no longer included, but:
Before the project starts, the management personnel of the project department shall hold the professional training and examination certificate in the field of housing and urban and rural construction, or hold the post certificate issued by the provincial construction administrative department (including the authorized department).
