In addition, strictly formulate and implement safety technical measures for returning to work, organize professional technicians such as mining, electromechanical, ventilation and geological survey, conduct a comprehensive and thorough inspection of mine production systems and safety facilities, and strictly implement measures such as power transmission, ventilation restoration and exploration of old empty water. Those who have not confirmed safety are not allowed to start work, and those who cannot guarantee safety are not allowed to start work.

2. Pay attention to the actual effect of training and improve the comprehensive quality of employees.

According to xx safety education and training plan, actively carry out all-staff training activities to ensure that each employee holds relevant certificates. Training is an important guarantee to realize safe production, management is important and people are the core. In line with the principle of "learn from what you do and make up for what you lack", actively organize employees' independent safety training. Therefore, from May 15 to May 18, special safety training was given to the blasting workers, signal handle hook workers, small winch drivers and squad leaders, which strengthened the on-site safety management in the mining area, standardized the underground on-site operation behavior, ensured that special types of work were carried out according to regulations, and effectively reduced the phenomenon of putting an end to illegal operations. 2. Strengthen the safety supervision of key links.

In the aspect of roof management, the system of knocking and asking for roof is strictly implemented, and any form of empty roof operation and anyone working outside the supporting area are strictly prohibited. In order to strengthen the quality supervision of roof support in coal mining face, especially in the renovation and prop-pulling of coal mining face, the principle of "one person returns materials and one person supervises" must be strictly implemented, and safety personnel should be arranged to supervise the whole process. When the safety officer goes down the well, he carries a pick and hammer with him, and finds dangerous rocks hanging in the patrol route at any time, which better controls the occurrence of roof accidents.

In the aspect of water prevention and control, the principle of "forecast, if in doubt, explore, explore before digging, treat before mining" is strictly implemented, and the technical department is urged to formulate a water disaster prevention and control plan, which has laid a solid foundation for the water disaster prevention and control work in the south wing mining area.

In lifting and transportation: strictly supervise the implementation of the system of "pedestrians don't drive" and "people don't drive and don't work", urge the electromechanical department to regularly check the wire rope and supervise the normal use of lifting safety facilities.

In the aspect of "One Ventilation and Three Preventions": in xx, we will focus on strengthening ventilation management and highlighting gas inspection, aiming at solving practical problems in site management, monitoring and ventilation system. Strictly implement comprehensive dust prevention measures, and urge the ventilation department to regularly scour the main roadway and clean up the dust in the roadway. When opening the valve, put dust-proof water pipes on the valve, and add enough dust-proof water at each transfer point.

Explosive blasting: In xx, combined with the actual situation of the management of initiating explosive devices in our mine, the Regulations on the Management of Initiating Explosive Devices was formulated. 6. Learn lessons, strengthen measures, strengthen management, and ensure safety.

The pace is always a beat slower, we can't think ahead, worry about what the leaders think, and just stay on the surface and do some ordinary work. Sometimes I constantly ask myself if I am suitable for safety work, and I ask the leader with doubts. The leader told me that no one is engaged in a new job, which is always a process of accumulation. The key is whether you have seriously pondered, reflected and summarized in this process. Of course, during my six months in the safe room, I did learn a lot of knowledge. Let's talk about the experience of safety work, existing problems, causes and rectification, so as to better carry out the safety work of the branch.

To realize safety production and ensure the effective implementation of safety production, we must organize all the staff, act in strict accordance with the system, carry out their duties and responsibilities, and truly "everyone is responsible for safety production." The publicity and education of knowledge and skills have created a safety atmosphere of "I want safety, I will be safe, and I guarantee safety", improved the safety awareness of all employees, and turned safety production into conscious action.

In 2005, while continuing to consolidate the basic work and key work of safety production, the company also continuously strengthened daily safety management, mainly in five aspects:

1. Strengthen driver management. Drivers who are found to be unqualified for driving shall be dismissed immediately, and drivers whose traffic violation record reaches 1.2 or who have a major traffic accident shall be immediately transferred from their driving posts. 2. Strengthen the education of drivers and passengers. Carry out safety learning activities twice a month or more, organize drivers and passengers to learn traffic laws and regulations, tell the cause of the accident and lessons learned with cases, pictures and words, analyze the cause, responsibility and interests of the accident, and instill the true meaning of cherishing life in drivers and passengers; Before the Spring Festival, May Day, Eleventh and other important holidays, all drivers and passengers will be given targeted training to enhance their awareness of safe driving.

3. Increase publicity. Extensively carry out publicity and education activities on safety production, hold mobilization meetings on safety production in batches on a regular basis, and implement safety production work; Produce a large number of safety propaganda pictorial, hang safety banners, slogans and safety warning signs, hold safety publicity columns, publicize the importance of safety production in a big way, improve the safety awareness of all employees, and create a good atmosphere of "safety production" in an all-round way.

4. Strengthen dynamic management and GPS monitoring. It is necessary to conduct real-time monitoring according to the running routes and tasks of tourist chartered cars, strengthen safety supervision, tips and warnings in the process of vehicle transportation, dynamically monitor safety production in place, and timely discover and stop drivers' fatigue driving, speeding and illegal crossing.

5. Strengthen inspection. All safety management personnel go out of the office, patrol the line and take up their posts, conduct on-the-spot investigation on the company's illegal and accident-prone sections, find and solve problems, strive to "check at sunrise and rest at sunset", strictly monitor the vehicle operation order and discipline, and do a good job in accident prevention. This year, our company organized personnel to conduct on-the-road inspections for many times, and inspected 1.395 vehicles, found out that 6 1 vehicle was illegal, and corrected 25 vehicles on the spot. According to the company's management regulations, 39 violators were punished, with suspension of education 1-3 days and a fine 100-500 yuan.
