Chuanpei Training Center in Chaoyang District, Shantou City can learn sewing. Shantou Chaoyang District Training Center was established on July 25th, 2007. It is a formal chain organization approved by the Municipal Labor Bureau and the Civil Affairs Bureau, and it is a free vocational skills training unit for rural youth designated by Shantou Labor Bureau.
