Significance of studying the course of property management laws and regulations
2 1 century With the continuous development of the real estate industry, the real estate industry urgently needs a large number of skilled and applied professionals with high scientific and cultural quality. Property management is still in the primary stage of development in China, and the lack of relevant teaching materials and the disconnection between teaching materials and the training objectives and practical requirements of property management specialty have become the main obstacles that plague the development of real estate specialty. In view of this, we have compiled this textbook according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, combined with the editor's years of industry practice and classroom teaching experience, and absorbed the opinions of some entrepreneurs in the property management industry and experts from government departments, combined with the latest laws and regulations in the contemporary property management industry. The purpose of compiling this textbook is guided by the theory of property management laws and regulations, centered on skills training, aimed at improving ability, and focused on the dual combination of theory and practice. To this end, we have made the following efforts: 1. Clear goals and establish a reasonable style. Starting with the introduction of cases, guiding the beginning of chapters, then transitioning to the study of theoretical knowledge, cultivating practical ability through some selected cases, and finally summarizing the exercises. 2. According to the post requirements of the industry, improve job skills. In the process of compiling, we compiled the laws and regulations of property management according to the spirit of the document required by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for employees and managers of property enterprises, combined with the outline of post examination for property managers and managers of property management enterprises. On the one hand, it is necessary to highlight the knowledge requirements that property practitioners must have as much as possible, on the other hand, it is necessary to implement the skills requirements that property practitioners must have. 3. Diversified ideas, focusing on social needs. Many small links such as "Teach you a trick" and "Related Links" have been added to this textbook, aiming to broaden learners' horizons, let them know more about the property industry and the common problems in the property industry, and the ideas to solve these problems, so as to lay a good foundation for them to step into the property industry and go to society. 4. Strengthen practical training and promote ability improvement. Each chapter of this textbook begins with case introduction, and each chapter has some classic cases and thoughts. At the same time, case analysis questions are arranged in the exercises after each chapter. Integrating theory with practice is conducive to improving learners' ability to analyze and solve problems and improving their comprehensive quality.
