(1) The Ministry of Personnel has determined the national general standards for all languages, grades and categories of the national professional title foreign language examination in that year. If the results reach the national general standards, the results will be valid until the professional and technical titles of the corresponding grades are evaluated and hired.

(II) The local general standards of each language, level and category are determined according to the situation of our city's participation in the national foreign language examination of professional titles in that year. If the results reach the local general standards of our city, the results will be valid when the professional and technical titles at the corresponding level are evaluated and hired in that year. Whether the grade can be reused is decided by the personnel department of the unit (consult the results of the Tianjin Personnel Bureau's job reform office).
