The effect of general training has four levels of evaluation. Know what you need to achieve:

Level 1 assessment: whether the trainees like the training course or not; Whether the course is useful to the students; What do you think of training lecturers and training facilities? Whether the classroom response is positive. Questionnaire survey, evaluation questionnaire filling, evaluation interview.

Level 2 Assessment Learning Level Assessment: What did the trainees learn from the training program? To what extent did the knowledge, theory and skills of the trainees improve before and after the training? Evaluation questionnaire filling, written examination, performance appraisal and case analysis.

Three-level evaluation behavior rating evaluation: Did the trainees improve their behavior in their study? Do trainees use the training content at work? Supervisors, colleagues, customers and subordinates conduct performance evaluation, test and observe performance records.

Four-level evaluation results: Is the influence of behavior change on the organization positive? Does the organization run more smoothly and better because of training? Check quality, accidents and productivity? Work motivation, market expansion, customer relationship maintenance.
