1. Self-taught examination as a system requires candidates to obtain a nationally recognized self-taught degree through self-study. This kind of self-examination (not going to school) is "public".

2. Self-study aid, that is, candidates go to participate in self-study training (of course, they have to go to school), and most of the schools that provide this kind of aid are "private", that is, for the purpose of making money and making profits. Even Inner Mongolia University is the same. In fact, Inner Mongolia University here only refers to the "self-taught institutions of Inner Mongolia University", which is not actually "Inner Mongolia University" but only in name. On the surface, it is not in terms of economic interests at all.

The first way (completely self-taught) is to get a self-taught degree. Ideally, candidates need to spend two or three thousand yuan. The second method (full-time self-study exam) will cost at least 20,000-30,000 yuan to obtain the same self-study degree. The latter is 10 times or even 10 times of the former, and the difference between the two is the part earned by "private".
