In view of these characteristics, I have the following ideas: first, in order to ensure our measurement accuracy, we should start from three aspects: first, strengthen and strictly implement our measurement review system; Then the control points are guaranteed, and the retest and maintenance of control points are strengthened; Then there is the guarantee of our measuring instruments, and the maintenance of the instruments should be strengthened. Secondly, I want to go deep into the site construction process, instead of leaving with samples. We should understand the site construction process, participate in and guide some construction processes, so as to ensure the offset quality of engineering entities and better serve the site construction. Finally, I want to lead my team to learn from each other and make progress together, and strive to improve the overall quality of our measurement group.

These are my thoughts and plans for the survey work. No amount of boasting is a one-sided story. No matter how good the past is, it is also history.
