According to the Implementation Plan of Forestry Plant Quarantine in Anhui Province, the Municipal Forestry Bureau decided to carry out the forestry plant quarantine work in Hefei from 1 in October 2008 to1in February 2008, with the main content of cracking down on violations of forest inspection laws and regulations. (four) illegal acquisition, operation and transportation of infected trees in the epidemic area of pine wilt disease;

(5) Whether there are other illegal acts.

2. Whether the county (district) where the designated processing enterprises of pine wood nematode diseases and pests are located tracks, inspects and supervises the prevention and treatment of diseases and pests in the designated processing enterprises, and establishes an entry and exit ledger of infected trees to check the number of infected trees cut down the mountain in each control area to prevent the loss of infected trees. Whether to carry out quarantine inspection after the pest control treatment, issue a certificate of pest control treatment, affix the mark of pest control treatment, and strictly follow the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Pine Wood Nematode Epidemic Areas and Insect Pests and Trees formulated by the State Forestry Administration.

Based on the city and county forest defense departments, with the cooperation of the forestry administration and public security departments of the city and county forestry bureaus, according to the above-mentioned inspection contents, the relevant units within the jurisdiction shall be inspected in groups and pieces.
