What is the concept of career?
Career, also known as career, refers to the course of individual career development, which generally refers to the whole process of all career development experienced by a person in his life. Career is a continuous process of all career-related behaviors and activities and related attitudes, values and aspirations in a person's life, and it is also a process of realizing career, position change and work ideal in a person's life. Simply put, a career is a person's life-long work experience.

Generally speaking, our career begins with vocational study and training before employment and ends with retirement. It is self-evident to everyone what occupation we choose as our job.

Career can be divided into internal career and external career.

2. Foreign occupation

Foreign career refers to the combination of factors such as work unit, working hours, working place, work content, working position and title, working environment, salary and its changing process. It depends on the development of internal career.

The process form of career

There are two forms of career process:

1, the rise and fall of a position is the continuous promotion of a person's position in the same occupation or even the same unit.

2. The change of occupation refers to the change of a person's job content. This change is not necessarily the change of work or unit, but also the different work of a unit, which belongs to the benign development of occupation.
