Those who meet the requirements (migrant workers, unemployed people, previous junior high school graduates, rural two-year-old children and demobilized soldiers) can attend classes from 8: 30 am to 1 1: 30 pm and from 2: 00 pm to 5: 00 pm from Monday to Friday, and they can enjoy free training with the Employment Unemployment Registration Certificate.
