I changed from one of the heads of the retail finance department of the branch to the risk director of the personal loan team of the retail finance department of the head office. At work, I found that the professional skills and level of retail loan officers in Wuhan Branch need to be improved urgently. In order to improve the service level of our customer service, I divided the customer inquiries and complaints accepted by the customer service center into three categories: general consultation, system errors and major complaints, and formulated corresponding handling procedures for different types of calls, which effectively prevented the further expansion of the situation and avoided the secondary complaints of customers. In order to correctly and properly handle customers' inquiries and complaints, solve customers' problems in time, and earnestly safeguard the brand image of Hubei Bank, I have also established four important systems and six types of records and documents of customer service center. These four systems include registration system, feedback system, learning system and notification system. Six types of documents include the national network address book and related knowledge points, problem confirmation summary, complaint summary, daily operation report, customer service bulletin board and SMS cancellation register.

Fourth, participate in management training and accumulate management knowledge.
