Recorder: Le Weiya, Zhu Yingli Interviewer: Zhou * * Interviewer Profile: Zhou * *, graduated from the Department of Journalism of China University with a double degree in law, and is now a reporter of Economic Observer. YueYang: Hello, it's a great honor for you to give me such an opportunity to interview you. First of all, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to accept my interview. Zhu Xiyan: OK, you're welcome. YueYang: We know that it is difficult to find a job now, and it is even more difficult to find a good job. I want to ask you, how did you find this job? Zhu Xiyan: Should it be short or detailed? Cantona: Be specific! Zhu Xiyan: At first, when I was a sophomore, I worked as an intern in Economic Observer. Many students chose a place to stamp, so I think it's better to really go out and learn something. Later, I did a few articles independently, and the newspaper felt good. From June 5438 to October 2007 10, I just finished the judicial examination and so on, and I applied in several media. There are two main ones: Beijing Youth Daily and Economic Observer. It took three or four months before and after the recruitment of Beiqing, and it was recommended by acquaintances. I went in because I was short of people. YueYang: Well, if your major in university is not journalism, do you think it is possible to work as a journalist in the future? Zhu Xiyan: Yes, now more than half of the people in the media are not journalism majors. Some majors are even easier to find news jobs than journalism majors, such as English and economics. The knowledge background of some science and engineering will deepen the operation of some topics. YueYang: So you didn't major in journalism? Zhu Xiyan: Yes, but more importantly, it needs higher logical ability, adaptability and the ability to control words. Nowadays, the media rarely wait for you to grow up. In addition to the internal media of state-owned enterprises, you need experience and interpersonal relationships. So you must look experienced. YueYang: So what do you think you should do to prepare for becoming a university reporter? Do you need to get some qualification certificates like many other industries? Zhu Xiyan: You don't need to take any exams. Textual research is entirely based on interest. Except for some professional media, other media in the system are still stuck in the recruitment requirements, requiring a certain grade of CET-6 and a computer grade certificate. You should read more newspapers, periodicals and magazines in college, as well as classic literary works and modern bestsellers-so as not to be out of touch with society. In addition, don't be partial, be versatile. YueYang: Well, is journalism your dream job? Or, do you think it has something to do with your hobbies? Zhu Xiyan: In some respects, a journalist's career is ideal, his life is colorful and his salary is good. Being able to reach out to the top of society is a good platform. I always believe that hobbies have nothing to do with work. But whether your work conforms to your values is more important. This is related to your self-worth realization. Cantona: Hehe, just now you mentioned that the salary is better. May I ask, how much salary can you get a month? Zhu Xiyan: The basic salary is very low. In 2000, the subsidy was 6700 yuan, and the manuscript fee was hard earned, ranging from 3000 to 6000 yuan. Other activities cost about 2000 yuan. It can be guaranteed to be almost 6000 per month. Cantona: Oh, it seems that even if you have a good job, you can't be pampered. You have to work hard! Zhu Xiyan: Yes, unless you join a state-owned enterprise or * *. Hey hey. YueYang: As a reporter, what difficulties may you encounter? What is the biggest challenge? Zhu Xiyan: How to face the demands of others; Because you have a job responsibility to the newspaper; Because you have the right to speak, many people will ask you for help; As a social person, your relatives and friends will also make demands on you; The most serious thing is that you are usually the most strict with yourself. If it is reflected in the report, you will be bored endlessly. These all need to be controlled. YueYang: We know that journalists have to travel all over the country frequently. As a female reporter, on the one hand, I need to run news everywhere; On the other hand, as the main axis of a family, she may need you to take care of many family affairs. Do you think this is contradictory? How do you handle the relationship between the two? Zhu Xiyan: Haha, we are born after 80s. We don't cook. Quite a few people wash their clothes automatically once a week. I can't take it anymore. Ask a part-time worker to clean it, and people in their own rooms will clean it themselves. There is basically no housework. Cantona: Hehe, it seems that people born in 1980s don't cook at home, hehe. What do you think of the future of journalism? Is there still room for demand? Zhu Xiyan: News is immortal, but journalists are prone to rust. Basically, iron soldiers need a new batch every year. However, it is difficult for fresh graduates to enter the first-line media. If they have this ambition, they must pay attention to practical experience and broaden their horizons. Besides, unless you have a plot, a reporter is not a lifelong career. Prepare to work for a few years, accumulate some experience and resources, and then go for further study or start a business. People don't have to plan themselves to death. YueYang: I have benefited a lot from talking to you so much today. I hope to chat with you often in the future. Thank you again for accepting my interview. Thank you Zhu Xiyan: You're welcome.
