Due to the limitation of application conditions of agricultural product quality and safety system construction projects, such as the output and coverage of construction monitoring projects, the system construction is not perfect. There are also many problems in the implementation of the completed monitoring project, such as insufficient working funds and backward equipment, which need to be solved step by step in the future work.

Third, it is difficult to supervise agricultural inputs, especially banned and restricted pesticides, and the market safety risks of agricultural inputs still exist. Fourth, the coordination mechanism between various units and departments, especially the construction, standardization, standardization, scientificization and supervision and enforcement of comprehensive law enforcement system, needs to be further strengthened. Fifth, the investment guarantee mechanism is not perfect, and the investment capacity of work funds, law enforcement vehicles and testing equipment is weak.
