It is a great honor to participate in the pre-job training for new employees organized by the company. First of all, thank the company for giving me this training opportunity. As a member of XX Insurance Company, I cherish this training opportunity very much, because it is not only a gas station in my career, but also an important lesson in my life to serve the company and realize my self-worth.
The company attaches great importance to this training, which embodies the strategic policy of "attaching importance to talents and cultivating talents". We all cherish this opportunity and make full preparations for the training. Every student actively participated in the training, devoting himself wholeheartedly to it, sometimes nodding and smiling, sometimes frowning, sometimes doodling, and sometimes lost in thought ... Under the thoughtful arrangement of the personnel department and the general department of the municipal company, the training organization was rigorous and orderly, and the two-day life of eating, drinking and having fun gave everyone an atmosphere and opportunity for collision and discussion, gave each of our brothers and sisters a space to enhance friendship, and truly realized the training of "enhancing unity and increasing talents"
The comrades who participated in this training are all elites and talents of xx Company, and they are all outstanding in their respective positions. Looking back on the two-day course, the training objectives and ideas are very clear: First, how to lead a good team? Second, how to improve the art, talent and management methods of their own leadership? The third is how to cultivate personality and change roles as professionals. This is also the knowledge that we need to learn, master and improve most in our daily management work and future posts, and it is also a run-up, enlightener or catalyst on our future work road. Before running to the finish line, what is more important is every step under our feet, and what is more important is our daily efforts, study and accumulation.
In the past year's work, the abuse of financial turmoil, the recession of economic environment, the increasingly strict control of insurance market policies and the gradual tightening of underwriting conditions have all brought great resistance to business development and great pressure to company employees. Under such environment and pressure, how can our grass-roots managers lead the team to build a passionate and stable team, achieve profit targets, reduce expenses and contribute to the company's development momentum? In the course, the teacher inspired us to think deeply about several issues, which gave me a different understanding and understanding of the above-mentioned status quo:
First, in management positions, "responsibility" comes first and "power" comes second. The higher the position, the greater the pressure. We should learn to put ourselves in the shoes, and we will better understand the policies of the boss and the company. Middle-level cadres are the backbone of the company, and we need to be responsible for the leaders at lower and higher levels, so as to improve business performance and reduce business risks.
Second, do the right thing and then do it correctly. At work, we do what we have to do, instead of selectively choosing what we like to do. A mature professional manager must have high emotional intelligence and high ability to deal with conflicts in his work, so that the management of the team will not deviate from the direction and be consistent with the company's strategy.
Third, the future is bright, and full of confidence and perseverance will surely usher in a better tomorrow. Judging from the import and export data of xx, China's economy is gradually coming out of the downturn and heading for recovery. I believe that 20 1 1 will be a bumper year, and it will also be a year of fierce competition in the whole insurance industry. Confidence and determination will be our sculls to reach the other side of success.
In daily work, constantly sum up team experience and lessons, and constantly learn and improve yourself. During these two days' training, I have been thinking and understanding a question: What is the company's definition of the core competence of middle-level cadres? How can I become a professional manager? I think two points are the necessary qualities that we need to constantly improve as professional managers:
The first is learning ability. Learning ability forms the core competitiveness of teams and individuals. In work and study, we need to keep an empty cup mentality and be modest and not complacent. Only in this way can we accommodate more knowledge and ideas, broaden our horizons and broaden our minds, and my team and team will become stronger and stronger.
The second is to have a sense of responsibility, service and gratitude. We are a service-oriented enterprise. We need a sense of responsibility, service and gratitude to our customers, employees, bosses, people and things around us, and even our competitors. Industry competition and competitors are one of the driving forces of enterprises. I can take its essence and discard its dross, and constantly improve our team and ourselves. Grateful opponents provide pressure and create motivation for our pursuit of Excellence.
The third is the pursuit of Excellence and continuous cultivation. Some people say that a leopard cannot change his spots. But for managers, high emotional intelligence is an essential quality, which requires us to constantly improve our minds and be tolerant and open-minded. Therefore, character cultivation is an indispensable trait to become a high-ranking professional.
Through this training and study, I further realized the great responsibility and arduous task as a manager. Thanks to the company's concern and training for our grass-roots managers, I have also strengthened my belief through learning. Although the bell has stopped, don't be lazy when practicing. In the future work, I will continue to strengthen my study, apply what I have learned, and make xx insurance bigger and stronger with my brothers and sisters!
