Second, hidden dangers rectification 1, conduct regular and irregular production inspections on AXA, find out potential safety hazards, correct on-site violations, improve the working environment and working conditions of employees, and eliminate potential safety hazards. Some hidden dangers change with the seasons. According to this feature, we should take corresponding preventive measures according to the seasonal changes. For example, according to the characteristics of cold weather and heavy snow in winter, all departments are reminded to clear the snow on the roof in time through the company's notice, and do a good job in anti-freezing of pipelines, valves and other equipment and facilities to prevent accidents such as frost cracking. Strengthen fire prevention in summer, focusing on inspection of paint buckets, cleaning cloths and greasy gloves. Aiming at the problem that fire exits such as food warehouses and small packaging warehouses in some reservoir areas are often occupied, this paper puts forward a preliminary framework idea, requiring all exits to meet the requirements of extending in all directions, which can not only solve the problem of unified overall appearance, but also meet the fire protection requirements. In April, the company was overhauled and the on-site inspection was strengthened. In view of some principled issues such as incomplete dissolution, I insisted on my own point of view, and the leaders also gave strong support. In the process of warehouse construction, firstly, the problem of site safety is put forward. In the process of construction, conduct on-site inspection, give some safety information to the on-site supervisor, and train the construction team to ensure that the on-site supervisor is the actual person in charge of on-site safety, so as to ensure the smooth completion of construction safety. Fire protection is the company's safety hardware facilities, and keeping the fire protection system in good working condition is a powerful guarantee for safe production. Fire fighting facilities such as generator set and rain drenching system are put into trial operation regularly to ensure the system runs well. The factory is dominated by security, and the construction site is dominated by workshops. Through regular and irregular surveys, cross-check fire control facilities, report and solve problems and hidden dangers in time. During the festival, take key preventive and inspection measures to effectively ensure the safety of the festival. Up to now, the qualified rate of fire protection system operation inspection is 100%. Three. Management of special equipment and special operations Special equipment plays a special role in the company's production and operation, such as boilers and forklifts. This year, the management of these equipment and facilities was strengthened, and the problems were found and repaired in time, which put an end to the vicious circle caused by previous work with diseases, and maintained a good running state throughout the year, ensuring the normal operation of production. In view of the problems existing in forklift safety management, Director Jiang Zhihe and I strengthened the management of forklift trucks, started with strict discipline and standardized operation, strengthened forklift safety education, and adopted the method of combining education with punishment, which straightened out the work in a short time and put the management on the right track. Special operations personnel insist on holding certificates, and check from the source. When recruiting, those who have no qualification certificate will not be hired. Those who work without a license shall be dealt with within a time limit, and those who fail to obtain qualifications within the time limit shall be treated as waiting for posts, and the operating team shall be standardized. Near the end of the year, there is a great demand for goods. Combined with the case of the group, forklift drivers are specially trained to drive fast and steadily. Four. In cooperation with government departments and under the organization of safety supervision bureau, the information system of major hazard sources was established. And declared it a dangerous chemical. According to the requirements of the Development Zone Management Committee, the factory will be investigated for potential safety hazards every month, and the hidden dangers will be checked and rectified by themselves, and the rectification results and safety production situation will be reported to the Development Zone in the form of reports every month. In May and June, the inspector group of the State Administration of Work Safety came to Zhoukou for inspection, actively cooperated with the Municipal Administration of Work Safety, prepared the materials and reported them in time. In order to ensure the safety of the factory during the Olympic Games, the company specially set up a safety emergency team, implemented the manager duty system, strengthened night shift prevention, and increased the frequency of factory inspections, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the factory and ensuring safe production without accidents. This year's project construction is the largest and most critical year for the company. Judging from the accidents of the Group this year, major safety accidents have occurred from time to time. On the surface, this is caused by poor management of the construction team, but in fact, we should see some problems behind the accident: the site construction is a small construction team, with poor safety management ability and little safety education for its members, so it is difficult for construction personnel to understand the risks. In the first half of this year, the company issued the construction site management system, which strengthened the management of the construction site and achieved certain results. However, due to problems such as on-site supervision and cooperation, some contradictions have arisen between them. In view of this situation, in the second half of this year, the production department sent special personnel to manage the construction. Seven. Emergency evacuation and fire drill: On June 24th, the company organized emergency evacuation, chemical leakage and fire drill. This exercise has special educational significance for new employees. Some new employees don't know enough about the dangers of the factory, and some don't even know how to use fire extinguishers, but they only know a little about it in theory. Through the exercise, employees have a deeper understanding of the hazards in the factory. Every employee uses a fire extinguisher by himself and learns to use it, which improves the on-site emergency response ability of company employees to a certain extent. The fire competition in the exercise pushed the exercise to a climax, from the original four groups to more than a dozen groups, which improved everyone's enthusiasm for participation. Eight. System construction and safety management At the beginning of the new year in 2008, the company formulated and signed the responsibility system for safety production with all employees. In April, General Manager Zhang requested to formulate on-site inspection standards, implement the division of on-site responsibility areas, conduct inspections according to inspection standards, clarify responsibilities, and further clarify and implement safety responsibilities. In view of the phenomenon that special operation certificates are kept by individuals, and many certificates are expired or even invalid, which leads to chaotic management, the management of special operation certificates has been strengthened and unified filing management has been carried out. The annual inspection was timely, and the expired certificates were replaced in time, which made the factory avoid the passive situation that the security department came to the factory for inspection in the past and created conditions for future management. Safety standardization is the future trend. In order to adapt to this development and meet the needs of safety management, some imperfect safety management systems have been revised and supplemented, and a set of safety data has been formulated. Question: Through one year's work, especially this study and audit in 1 1 factory, we have more and more clearly recognized some problems and deficiencies in our work: 1, ideology and coordination at the management level: in the audit of other factories, we found that: the general manager supports; Middle-level leaders attach importance to it; The security officer is willing to work and will check. These three aspects are well done, the security situation is good, and the quality of employees is improved rapidly. Without any aspect, the safety work of the factory is not smooth, without the support of the general manager, the work can not be carried out at all, and the environmental sanitation is very poor; Middle-level leaders don't pay attention to it, some problems and hidden dangers can't be rectified, and some people don't report them, which leads to the people who ask questions being threatened by others, so that some small problems that may be solved eventually develop into accidents, and the safety officer reflects the problems to the boss, which makes some leaders directly intervene and talk to the safety officer, leading to a pause; No safety officer, can't find hidden dangers, don't understand the basic safety management. I can imagine what work will be like. All these require our special vigilance and thinking, which will help us to check our own problems. 2. Safety training needs to be strengthened. Employees' awareness of prevention and self-protection is not enough, and the training of individual departments can't keep up. Did not form a good sense of safety. During the safety inspection, I found that when an employee saw me, he immediately realized that he had not worked according to the rules and corrected his behavior immediately. This shows that employees don't know that they are doing illegal work, but their consciousness can't keep up. This not only requires us to inculcate ideology for a long time, but also requires us to supervise the application in the actual working environment and improve the self-management awareness of employees. There are still many "three violations" in the work. Recurring problems and hidden dangers occur from time to time. 5. I feel I don't have enough knowledge. There are many things to learn in the application of sensory knowledge. Work plan for 2009: 1, focusing on controlling people's unsafe behaviors. 95% of accidents are caused by people's unsafe behavior. In 2009, we paid close attention to the "three violations" phenomenon of violating labor discipline, operating rules and illegal command in safety production. 2. Establish a relatively perfect training mechanism and supervise its implementation. Track the training effect, grasp the knowledge and information of personnel in time, give full play to the advantages of personnel departments, strengthen communication by means of discussion, understand the personal protection and training needs, adjust ideas and methods in time, and effectively implement the training work. 3. The improvement of employees' awareness and ability. Through strengthening management, publicity and education, training, discussion, practical drills and other ways to improve employees' safety awareness and safety operation skills, master basic fire safety knowledge, and enable employees to check and eliminate basic safety hazards. 4. Study: Strengthen your knowledge study. 5. Create a safe working environment. The quality of working environment can reflect the safety production quality and enterprise management level of a factory. If the enterprise is well managed, the safety work will be paid attention to by the society, the safety management will be easier to carry out and the accident rate will be greatly reduced. On the contrary, if safety management fails, the working mind will be paralyzed, accidents and casualties will continue, and employees will not be able to work with peace of mind, which will lead to a vicious circle. In this case, the production cannot be carried out normally. 6. Improve communication skills. This is what I'm not good at. Strengthening exercise and improving in this respect is one of my current efforts.
