Doing a good job in the election of "two committees" in rural areas is a major event in farmers' political life. It is necessary to take the general election of the village "two committees" as an opportunity to make great efforts to improve the quality of candidates, and select those outstanding talents with good political quality, strong ability to get rich and outstanding coordination ability to the village through "two proposals and one election" and "public direct election". I will talk about my superficial understanding based on my own work experience.

First, strengthen leadership and do a good job in organizing the general election of village committees. First, we must clarify our responsibilities. Establish and improve the target responsibility system, strengthen the leadership of party organizations at the town and village levels, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the general election. Second, we must strengthen training. This year is the first change of village committees after the newly revised Organic Law of Villagers' Committees. It is necessary to organize professional training for election staff, so that all towns and villages have "sensible people" in election work. Third, we must make a good plan. Before the election, the town should do a good job in the village property cleaning audit, cadre inspection, village situation and public opinion survey and other preparatory work. Especially for key and difficult villages and possible new problems, we must make a good disposal plan and must not take it lightly.

Two, actively guide and do a good job in the propaganda work of village-level general election. First, we should guide voters to choose the best among the best. Through active publicity, educate and guide the masses to select those who dare to grasp, manage, be fair and upright, be responsible for their work, be enthusiastic about doing things for the masses and do things well. Second, we should strengthen the education of laws and regulations. Using mobile phone messages, propaganda vehicles, banners and other carriers, we will increase the publicity of the new Organic Law of Villagers' Committees and the candidates (self-recommended candidates) who cannot be determined in five situations, and vigorously publicize the Notice of the Municipal Public Security Bureau on severely cracking down on illegal and criminal activities that undermine the order of village-level general elections and cases that undermine village elections, which will play a warning and deterrent role.

Third, resolve contradictions and do a good job in the election management of village committees. Before and after the election, elite troops were deployed to form working groups and stationed in key villages. First, observe people's feelings, understand the election situation, and straighten out the relationship between cadres and the masses. The second is to eliminate and resolve all kinds of contradictions and disputes and do more work to promote social harmony. The third is to rectify the social security order, and make full use of means such as crackdown, prevention, management, construction, education and reform to promote the obvious improvement of public security order during the election period. At the same time, it is necessary to highlight the crackdown on bribery and disrupting the election order, and form a shocking situation to stabilize the election order and safeguard the rights of the majority of voters. My hometown pays full attention to the investigation of unstable factors, understands the situation thoroughly, makes a good plan, and enhances the predictability and pertinence of the work. For example, when going back to a village where Han people live together, there will be differences on who should be the leader of Han people. In view of this situation, I took active actions, talked with the former members of the "two committees" and respected people in the village, made the source of the problem clear, guided them, and ensured that the people most conducive to the development of the village were selected to ensure a smooth and harmonious transition.

Four, according to the law and regulations, do a good job in guiding the election of village committees. It is the key to successfully complete the change of the village "two committees" to comprehensively and accurately grasp the policies and regulations and the work requirements of superiors. To strictly implement the general election policy and standardize the general election procedure, we must ensure that laws and regulations are not flexible, policies are not distorted, and procedures are not wrong. We must carefully grasp the details and policies, so as to achieve interlocking and steady progress. The Election Committee is fair and honest, and on-site staff should dare to be responsible, act impartially, strictly check the election procedures, and stop and correct villagers' violations in time. Ensure that all links are not missed, all policies are not wrong, and all work is not wrong.
