Finally, in view of the current training mode of fast food industry, this paper puts forward some places worthy of discussion and improvement.
Generally speaking, the larger international fast food chain enterprises establish their own training systems according to the three-level training system. In other words, training is divided into three levels. These three different levels are stores, regional center training and company headquarters training center. In these three levels of training, the contents of the training objects are different. Generally speaking, the training of stores is mainly the training of employees. Before new employees become useful fast food talents, they need more in-depth training besides formal introductory training.
