Third, training methods.

In the first stage (that is, within the first week of new employees joining the team), new employees are given off-the-job training.

From the second stage to the fourth stage of training, new employees are mainly trained in off-the-job training, combined with the actual work site, to strengthen on-site awareness.

In the fifth and sixth stages of training, special lectures are arranged every week, and theoretical explanations are concentrated. Then, new employees give priority to self-study, and train instructors to troubleshoot. At the same time, practice in the management training base. If conditions permit, organize to go to the work site for training.

Fourth, training teachers.

The trainers of special lectures are mainly the personnel listed in the training plan, who are responsible for organizing and guiding each other.

Adopt the tutorial system. For the newly assigned interns, arrange the vice squad leader and the vice squad leader to be the master in person and sign the mentoring agreement. Under the arrangement of the monitor, other employees in the team will train new employees according to the work plan.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) evaluation system

During the training period, the training teachers should assess the new employees through theoretical written test, technical question and answer and practical exercise according to the implementation progress of the training plan. In the first to fourth stages of full-time training, those who fail to pass the examination will continue to be trained and examined until they pass the examination.

In the fifth, sixth and seventh stages, teachers are trained according to the training plan.

Degree, the use of technical questions and answers, practical exercises and other ways to assess new employees. Training includes the study of vocational skills. For new employees, you only need to master it initially and complete it under the guidance of old employees. The assessment is mainly carried out in the form of actual operation at the job site and organizing technical questions and answers in the team.
