Work content of new product introduction engineer

1. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, be responsible for the process technology and process management of the whole company, and conscientiously implement the national technical guidelines, policies and relevant regulations of the company. Organize the formulation of short-term and long-term development plans for technological work, and formulate technical organization measures.

2, preparation of product process documents, formulate material consumption process quota; Design process equipment according to process requirements, and be responsible for the verification and improvement of process tools; Design company and workshop process layout.

3, technicians should go deep into the production site, grasp the quality situation; Guide and urge the first-line production in the workshop to solve the technical problems in production in time and do a good job in process and technical services.

4. Responsible for the countersigning of new product drawings and the design of process tools for batch trial production of new products, improve the trial production report and related process data, and participate in the identification of new products.

5, undertake the drafting and revision of process technology management system, organize relevant personnel to do a good job in process management, and supervise the implementation of process discipline.

6, organize and lead the experimental research work of new technology and new technology, pay special attention to the process test topic summary and achievement appraisal, and organize the popularization and application. Do a good job in sorting out and filing process technical data.

7. Assist the Human Resources Department to provide technical education and training for employees.

8. Actively carry out technical research and technical improvement, sign technical improvement plans and measures, and continuously improve the technical level.

9. Be responsible for formulating, inspecting, diagnosing and implementing the policies and objectives of this department.
