What are the benefits of participating in online training?
Unconsciously, the one-month online study has ended. Looking back on this month's study, it is both tense and fulfilling. I have gained a lot through this study.

The whole online learning has eight learning modules, and each module is divided into several small learning sections: reading, reading test, discussion and homework. There are not only logical and rigorous theoretical knowledge, but also teaching examples close to life, both knowledge imparting and practical operation. Let's improve our online education technology unconsciously in our study.

First, the level of educational technology has improved. Through this month's study, I have improved in teaching organization, teaching design, teaching media selection and teaching evaluation to varying degrees. In the classroom, we should be able to create situations from multiple angles, turn abstract into concrete, make teaching vivid and easy to understand, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, stimulate students' learning interest and improve students' learning efficiency.

Secondly, communication between colleagues has been strengthened. Each module has a discussion area, which provides us with a platform for learning and communication. Usually work is very tense, and there is not much time for communication between colleagues. This research undoubtedly provides us with such an opportunity to learn. In this section, everyone is free to express their views for exchange. You can browse the posts of other members in the group and learn from each other's strengths. In addition, if you don't understand anything, you can also ask the teacher and ask questions through this platform. This study has strengthened the communication between colleagues and enhanced my cooperative learning ability.

Thirdly, online learning has cultivated my self-study ability. This time, students taught themselves through the internet, and there was no teacher to give lectures face to face, which provided space for self-study. Every time I study in the computer room in my spare time, I read the theoretical knowledge given by each module, then post it and do my homework as required, so as to better complete the learning tasks of each module. Through this study, my autonomous learning ability has been greatly improved, which has laid a solid foundation for me to continue studying in my future work.

Fourthly, online learning has updated my teaching philosophy and improved my education and teaching quality. This kind of online learning pays more attention to process evaluation and performance evaluation, not only paying attention to students' academic performance, but also paying attention to students' learning process and attitude, which is helpful to me in teaching evaluation. I changed the previous teaching philosophy that only focused on the evaluation of homework performance, increased the evaluation of students' usual learning attitude and classroom performance, broke the "score-only theory" of traditional examinations and tests, and improved students' knowledge and skills, innovative spirit, practical ability and classroom performance. It stimulates students' learning motivation, corrects students' learning attitude, makes students' learning atmosphere stronger and improves students' learning efficiency and quality.

Although this study has gained a lot, there are still some shortcomings. First, the understanding of knowledge is not thorough enough. Because I am busy with my work at ordinary times, I can only study in my spare time. The schedule is tight, and I have a module for four days, so I don't have much time to study theoretical knowledge in depth. In addition, I feel that some knowledge is theoretical and difficult to understand, so some knowledge is not well understood. Secondly, due to the limited study time, I only read the posts of my classmates, so I didn't have more time to read the posts of other groups, and I lost the opportunity to learn and communicate with them.

This study left a deep impression on me. In the process of learning, while emphasizing both theory and practice, learning activities always run through some real tasks, and learning is organized in the form of task-driven. The completion of this task by students is an important basis for evaluating the completion and effect of learning. During the activity, everyone also put forward their own views and questions, and I learned a lot here. Personally, I think that organizing the learning process with real tasks can be close to the teacher's real teaching background, thus greatly stimulating our learning motivation and improving our sense of participation. In the process of learning, after a month's study, I feel the joy of learning. At the same time, I also hope to hold more such studies in the future, because the update of educational information technology is very fast, and only by continuous learning can we master the latest knowledge and do a better job!
