How to Become a Qualified Primary School Chinese Teacher —— Reflections on the Training of Chinese Subject
The one-week primary school Chinese training has ended. As a student, I have deep feelings. These days, I was deeply moved, by the teacher's wonderful speech and epoch-making views. At the same time, I feel a little ashamed. My teaching work in the past 30 years has been carried out according to the old teaching methods, which makes my students very tired and unable to learn well. After reflection, combined with this training, I think that to become a qualified primary school Chinese teacher, we need to do the following. First of all, the understanding of teachers' profession needs to be changed. Many teachers, especially rural teachers, think that they teach only to support their families, mechanically repeating their daily teaching work, and have not carefully thought about how to improve their teaching ability and teach students well. Although teaching is not required as a profession, at least the happiness of teaching and educating people should be achieved. Only in this way can a person devote himself to teaching and make some achievements. Learning and using Putonghua As a primary school Chinese teacher, you must learn to use Putonghua, which is one of the most important basic skills for Chinese teachers. Since we want to learn Mandarin, we should insist on using Mandarin in class and in communication. Over time, our standard of Putonghua will be improved. This will infect students to a certain extent, so that they can learn and communicate in Mandarin correctly, fluently and emotionally.
