When they find themselves or others' abnormal behaviors of illegal operation, or abnormal objects and protective measures related to aerial work, they should replace them in time to meet safety requirements, so as to prevent and control heights.

(2) The physical condition of workers working at heights shall meet the safety requirements. For example, people who are not suitable for aerial work such as hypertension, heart disease, anemia and epilepsy are not allowed to work at altitude; Stop aerial work for those who are tired, depressed and depressed; It is forbidden to work high above the ground after drinking.

(3) The personal dress of aerial work personnel shall meet the safety requirements. For example, according to actual needs, equipped with safety helmet, safety belt and related labor protection articles; Don't wear high heels, slippers or work barefoot; If you work at high altitude, wear soft-soled non-slip shoes. No climbing scaffolding, hanging basket, jumping up and down from a height.

(4) All kinds of scaffolding shall be pitched as required. For example, when the height of the shelf reaches more than 3m, two protective fences should be tied to each floor, and skirting boards should be set up. Scaffolding should be laid tightly, and the plate head and row of wood should be tied firmly, and probe plates are not allowed.

When using bridge scaffolding, special attention should be paid to whether the bridge piles and walls are fastened and upright. When going up and down the bridge, the safety rope should be hung up, and the lifting at both ends of the bridge should be synchronized. Workers lifting bridges should hang safety belts on the pillars of the bridge. Suspension bridge spreader shall comply with design standards and safety regulations.

When using the hanging basket frame and hanger, the sling must be firm. When using the hanging basket frame, you must hang up the safety rope or safety fixture. When lifting the hanging basket, the safety rope should be adjusted together with the lifting and must not be removed. The two sides and outer sides of the hanging basket frame and the hanging frame shall be closed with nets. (8) In the absence of reliable protective facilities, aerial work must fasten your seat belt, otherwise aerial work is not allowed. At the same time, the quality of seat belts must meet the safety requirements of use, so that they can be hung high and used low.

(9) Before climbing, check whether the pedal is safe and reliable, such as whether the pedal has bearing capacity; Whether the root of the wooden pole is rotten. It is forbidden to walk on asbestos shingles, particleboard and plywood ceilings.

(10) It is forbidden to engage in aerial work in the open air in strong winds of level 6 or in heavy rain, heavy snow and foggy weather. In addition, you must do a good job in safety inspection during aerial work. If abnormal behaviors of people and things are found, they should be eliminated in time to meet safety requirements, so as to control falling accidents.
