He once worked in Guangzhou Lawyers Association and Guangdong Law Firm, and now he is a partner and independent director of Beijing Hejun (Guangzhou) Law Firm. On August 20 10, he obtained the qualification certificate of independent director issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. From May 29th, 20 18 to May 29th, 3 1 2008, he attended the follow-up training for independent directors of listed companies and obtained the certificate of completion of the follow-up training for independent directors issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
