Part I: Adaptation period
The adaptation period is 2 to 3 days, mainly to do ideological work for new employees, and the learning content includes three aspects.

Part II: Skills Training Period
The learning content mainly includes three parts: first, commodity positioning; The second is professional knowledge; The third is the daily management of the store; The study plan is generally once a week, with 5 days of study and 2 days of review and evaluation. The master conducts spot checks, counseling and assessment according to the weekly learning content.
1, product location: There are many products in the drugstore, such as cold and cough relieving, heat and detoxification, gynecology and pediatrics, gastrointestinal nourishing, skin external use, medical devices, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine, health care products, etc. Keep these in mind and learn the double names of common goods.
2. Professional knowledge: Professional knowledge includes understanding the symptoms of common diseases such as cold, cough, toothache, constipation, pharyngitis, allergic rhinitis, dyspepsia, hemorrhoids, irregular menstruation, beriberi, burns, and related medication learning.
3. Daily management: There are many contents in the daily management of stores, which generally include: customer reception process, member handling, commodity display skills, GSP daily management skills, store service skills, promotion activities, health management, equipment operation and so on.
