2. The personnel department of the applicant's unit (the unemployed person is the street office where the household registration is located) conducts an audit according to the requirements of the registration form; Only those who pass the exam can register.

3. Applicants who are not registered in Shanghai should provide the "Temporary Residence Permit" issued by the Shanghai Public Security Department at the time of registration, and the current work unit will issue a confirmation letter and audit opinions.

4. The applicant must provide the recent health certificate issued by the county hospital.

5. When registering, you need to bring your ID card and photocopy, the original and photocopy of your education certificate, and 3 one-inch registration photos.

6. Registration fee and examination fee should be paid when registering.

7. The examination of applicants' registration shall be conducted by the Municipal Guidance Examination Office, and an admission ticket shall be issued to eligible applicants. The photos of applicants on the admission ticket shall be stamped with the seal of the Municipal Guidance Examination Office.

1. Those who sign up for the tour guide qualification examination voluntarily participate in the training, and the municipal tour guide examination office entrusts the tourism training center to organize and implement the pre-test training; Without the consent of the city tour guide examination office, no unit may engage in the examination and training of tour guide qualification certificate.

Candidates who have doubts about the results can go through the registration formalities within 10 working days after the results are announced, and the municipal guidance office will make a centralized inquiry to the guidance office of the National Tourism Administration.

Nine, make-up exam:

Those who fail the exam can apply for a make-up exam at the original registration office with the exam transcript and admission ticket, and make-up exam in the second year of the national tour guide qualification exam. Candidates only need to retake the subjects that failed in last year's exam. Make-up exam is limited to one time; If the make-up exam is still unqualified, you need to re-register and deal with it according to the procedures of new candidates.

Ten, lost or damaged "tour guide qualification certificate" processing:

1. To apply for a new qualification certificate, please go to Shanghai Tourism Training Center (Room Panyu Road 10 1No. 127) and fill in the application form carefully. When applying, you must bring the completed application form, unit certificate and one-inch recent photo. The application materials must pass the examination before accepting the application.

2. Accept the application for replacement on 1 and 15 every month (in case of weekend, it will be postponed to the first working day after that date).

3. Check the applicant's examination records. If the applicant has indeed passed the tour guide qualification examination and obtained the certificate, and the situation is consistent with what I said, the tour guide qualification certificate will be issued (not the original qualification certificate).

4. The applicant can pay the fee and get the certificate at the Tourism Training Center within 25 working days after the application is accepted.

5, the tour guide qualification certificate is limited to one time, lost.
