The project office of colleges and universities interviews the registered students and organizes written tests conditionally, including basic quality and ability tests, mental health level tests, logic and language ability tests, volunteer spirit tests, language expression ability tests, etc. , select students who meet the job requirements and have outstanding written interview results. The recruitment provincial project office can also organize written tests and interviews in a unified way.
(5) physical examination. Volunteers whose schools are located in provincial capitals shall be organized by the Recruitment Provincial Project Office for unified physical examination; Volunteers whose schools are located in non-provincial capital cities may, according to the requirements of the provincial project office, organize a unified physical examination by the local (city) level Youth League Committee. The physical examination standard refers to the western planning physical examination standard issued by the National Project Office. Physical examination requires serious work. If unqualified personnel are found in the physical examination, the recruitment provincial project office should contact the corresponding universities in time to exchange and make up the records.
(6) publicity. After the physical examination, the list of volunteers will be announced and publicized on campus for 3 days. If there is no objection, submit the list of volunteers to the recruitment provincial project office. After the recruitment of the provincial project office has passed the list of volunteers admitted by our province, the list will be publicized on the website of the Communist Youth League Committee for three days, and the publicity results will be reported to the National Project Office, and timely feedback will be provided to the provincial project office.
(7) signing a recruitment agreement. After publicity without objection, the selected volunteers will sign a recruitment agreement with the provincial project office (the format and text of the agreement will be provided by the National Project Office). (2) Centralized training. Volunteers bring confirmation notice, graduation certificate and their identity documents to report to the province where they serve and participate in the training organized by the project office of the service province. During the period, if volunteers quit for some reason, the recruitment agreement can be terminated and recruitment can be carried out after being confirmed by the project office of the service province and the recruitment province. The relevant recruitment provinces can be recommended from the candidate pool first, and the insufficient personnel can be supplemented by the service provinces nearby, but the relevant matters must be completed during the centralized training period.
(3) Pre-job training. After the volunteers arrive at the service place, the service county project office should organize pre-job training on the county situation, county appearance, rural customs and folk customs.
