Documents refer to all kinds of documents and vouchers used in import and export business. The buyer and the seller shall handle the delivery, transportation, insurance, commodity inspection and foreign exchange settlement of the goods with these documents. Paperwork mainly includes five aspects: examination of certificates, preparation of documents, examination of documents, presentation of documents and filing. It runs through the whole process of the performance of import and export contracts, and has the characteristics of large workload, wide coverage, strong timeliness and high requirements.

Enrollment target: those with high school education or above.

Curriculum: overview of international business documents, procedures and consultation of international trade transactions, international trade terms, international trade settlement bills, remittance and collection, documentary credit, import and export trade documents, business calculation of foreign trade documents, e-commerce and foreign trade documents, practical English of international business documents, international legal rules, etc.

Study period: 8 weeks (48 hours of concentrated teaching+40 hours of after-class practice)
