The production site should be divided into specified areas, and all kinds of finished products, semi-finished products, accessories and manuals should be placed. It should be placed in the designated area in an orderly manner, so that all kinds of articles can be placed in a standardized way and the effect can be seen at a glance.
3s Cleanliness: Dirty and messy scenes will affect people's working mood and make them unwilling to stay for a long time, let alone produce high-quality products. Therefore, it is necessary to clean up those dirty things through cleaning activities and create a bright and comfortable working environment. 5s literacy: it is easy to develop 5s, but long-term maintenance must rely on the improvement of literacy, so it is necessary to improve the civilized and polite level of all employees. Literacy is to strive to improve the self-cultivation of personnel and develop the habit and style of strictly observing rules and regulations, which is the core of "5s" activities. During the 5S activity month, at the beginning of the month, the assembly workshop organized employees to study the basic knowledge of 5S seriously, posted slogans on the external wall of the workshop, and made two publicity versions, so that the workshop employees had a comprehensive understanding of 5S ideologically. The workshop staff made a comprehensive arrangement, rectification and cleaning of the work site, re-planned the work site, posted a civilized safety line on the work area and material division, and made a 14 square meter Layout Plan of the General Assembly Workshop and hung it in the workshop, making the work site of the workshop clear at a glance. The workshop also cooperated with relevant departments to dismantle a "steel mountain" formed by the workshop across the north for many years. The workshop uses spare time to register the workshop toolbox, unify the height, and all of them are painted with blue paint and numbers, which are neatly arranged around the workshop, providing a better working environment for workshop production.
The electrical workshop earnestly implemented the specific arrangement and target requirements of 5S activity month, actively organized the whole workshop staff to learn and understand the content, function and purpose of 5S, and posted more than 30 publicity slogans in the form of publicity, which were published in two phases. Use chainsaw, axe chopping, knife cutting and other methods to remove the branches and weeds that have been entangled for many years. Clean up garbage 10 vehicles, with an area of 2000 square meters.
