In order to strengthen the construction and management of information security level protection evaluation institutions, standardize the level evaluation activities, and ensure the smooth development of information security level protection evaluation work, the Ministry of Public Security issued the Notice on Promoting the Construction of Information Security Level Protection Evaluation System and Carrying out Level Evaluation Work (An [2010] No.303), which standardized and required the level evaluation work, the construction of level evaluation institutions and the level evaluation personnel. Require the personnel who carry out rating assessment to participate in special training and examination, and obtain the certificate of information security rating assessor (rating assessors are divided into primary, intermediate and advanced).
