School-enterprise cooperation in running schools in colleges and universities is a legal act. School-enterprise cooperation implements the cooperation mechanism of school-enterprise leading, government promoting, industry guiding and school-enterprise dual-subject implementation. Relevant departments of the State Council and local people's governments at all levels should establish and improve policies, service platforms and guarantee mechanisms to promote school-enterprise cooperation.

According to Article 7 of the Measures for Promoting School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schools, vocational schools and enterprises can carry out the following cooperation in personnel training, scientific and technological innovation, employment and entrepreneurship, social services and cultural inheritance:

(a) according to the demand of the job market, cooperate to formulate professional and R&D professional standards, develop curriculum system, teaching standards, teaching materials and teaching AIDS, and carry out professional construction;

(two) to cooperate in the formulation of personnel training or staff training plans, to achieve mutual part-time jobs, and to provide support for student internships, teacher internships, student employment and entrepreneurship, staff training, enterprise technology and product research and development, and the transfer and transformation of achievements;

(three) according to the needs of enterprises, to carry out apprenticeship cooperation, joint enrollment, according to the work-study combination model, the implementation of school-enterprise dual-subject education;

(four) to cooperate in running schools in various forms, to establish and * * * manage teaching and scientific research institutions, to build practice and training bases, technology and product development centers, as well as institutions for students' innovation and entrepreneurship, staff training and skill appraisal;

(5) Work specifications and quality standards of cooperative R&D;

(six) organize skills competitions, pilot enterprise construction combining production with education, excellent corporate culture inheritance and social services;

(seven) other ways and contents of cooperation not prohibited by laws and regulations.

"Measures to Promote School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Schools" Article 11 The competent department of vocational schools shall, jointly with relevant departments and industry organizations, encourage and support vocational schools and related enterprises to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations through the establishment of vocational education groups. Vocational education groups shall, in the form of articles of association or multi-party agreements, stipulate the ways and contents of cooperation and the relationship between rights and obligations among group members.
