How to make sesame seed cake

1. First, the first step is to mix the flour. First, melt the yeast with warm water and stir it evenly. Then, pour the flour into the pot and add yeast water. Then, pour warm water into it and stir it quickly with chopsticks while pouring. Otherwise it is easy to form batter. When the flour is flocculent, stop adding water and knead it into a ball by hand. If it is found that there is too much or too little water at this time, you can add water or IT as appropriate.

2. After the dough is fermented, we will start to make stuffing, chop or shred the pork, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce and egg white, and then mix with sauerkraut and chopped green onion shrimp skin and stir evenly for later use. Add sesame seed cake stuffing according to your own taste. Generally, there are shredded radish meat, leek meat, onion beef, pickled cabbage meat, prune meat and so on.

3. Dry the surface of the chopping board without moisture, spread a layer of flour on it to prevent the skin from sticking, take down a small piece of dough, roll it into a circle with a rolling pin, roll it as thin as possible, spread the stuffing in the middle of the dough, wrap it like a steamed bun, and gently press it in the middle. Roll the skin as lightly as possible with a rolling pin, otherwise it will easily break the skin.

4. Heat the oil pan, preferably a pan. When the fire boils, turn to low heat, add sesame seeds, fry one side and then the other side, fry both sides golden and fry for a few minutes.
