How long must the applicant practice in a law firm?
Obtain professional qualifications

Worked as an intern in a law firm for one year and got an internship certificate.

After the expiration, I will participate in the pre-job training organized by the Provincial Department of Justice and the Lawyers Association. If I pass the qualification examination, I can practice in a law firm and apply for a lawyer's practice license.

During the training, you need to assist lawyers in handling cases and write at least 10 case briefs.

There may be differences in different places. Please consult the local judicial bureau or law firm, or directly contact the lawyer management office of the Provincial Department of Justice.
