At the same time, strengthen the quality standardization work under dynamic conditions, and conduct self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection on the engineering quality of each production team. 4. On the ergonomics management of the whole staff, our team decomposes the contracting indicators step by step, implements them in individual teams, breaks the wage level limit, implements small class accounting and quota management, and determines the capital by post, scores by post and rewards by points. Due to the change of coal seam in this working face, it belongs to three-layer mining, and the lump coal rate is low, which fails to meet the specified index. The planned lump coal rate is 45%, the actually completed lump coal rate is 44%, and the planned lump coal rate is 1%.
7. On the premise of ensuring safety in production, all production teams and post operators are required to operate in strict accordance with the regulations, control the roof, strengthen pillar management and support quality, timely fill the broken network, prevent gangue from escaping, and organize employees to hang up various measures to stop gangue curtains. Each shift must do a good job of waterproof and drainage. When workers are required to unload the coal pillar, the drainage hole of the three-way valve must point to the old pond to prevent the water in the coal pillar from splashing into the coal. Where the working face is drenched with water, all the places are intercepted with tarpaulins, and the drenched water is introduced into the ditch. The spray sprinklers at each transportation point are switched on and off in time, and the water supply is stopped when the coal is used up. The drivers in each shift cleaned the ditches smoothly, thus preventing water accumulation at the tail of the aircraft. By strictly grasping the thin tube, the gangue content, ash content and moisture content of coal in coal mining face can reach all indexes, and the coal quality is improved.
