Experience of psychological crisis intervention lecture
The theme of the afternoon lecture is "Psychological Crisis Intervention". The speaker is Zhang Xusheng, who told us last time, and generally felt good. Teacher Zhang's lecture has a characteristic, which is to summarize the main contents, then explain them in the form of cases, then summarize them and sort out the contents from the beginning. The last link is learning and sharing, and each of us needs to tell us what you have felt or gained the most from this study.

I think this is teacher Zhang's lecture style.

What is a psychological crisis? Psychological crisis can refer to the serious disorder of psychological state, the fierce psychological contradictions and conflicts that are difficult to solve, the occurrence of mental breakdown or psychological obstacles.

Generally speaking, the crisis has two meanings. First, it refers to emergencies, such as earthquakes, floods, air crashes, disease outbreaks, terrorist attacks, wars, etc. The second refers to the emergency of people's lives. When an individual encounters a major problem or change that makes him feel difficult to solve and grasp, the balance will be broken, the normal life will be disrupted, and the inner tension will accumulate, which will lead to confusion and even disorder in thinking and behavior, and enter an unbalanced state. This is a state of crisis. Crisis means the destruction of balance and stability, causing confusion and anxiety. A crisis occurs because individuals realize that an event or situation is beyond their ability to cope, not the event itself.

Psychological research has found that people's psychological response to crisis usually goes through four different stages. The first is the shock period, which happened shortly afterwards or at that time, and people felt shocked, panicked and at a loss. If you suddenly hear that SARS broke out in Beijing, will your relatives get it? After the news of SARS came out, medical staff were infected with SARS, and the number of SARS patients suddenly increased. Most people would show fear and anxiety. The second is the defense period, which shows that we want to restore psychological balance, control anxiety and emotional disorders, and restore damaged cognitive function. But if you don't know how to do it, there will be negation and rationalization. Once again, it is the solution period, actively adopting various methods to accept the reality and seeking various resources to try to solve the problem. Anxiety is reduced, self-confidence is enhanced, and social function is restored. Finally, the growth period, after experiencing the crisis, has become more mature and acquired the skills to deal with the crisis. However, some people respond negatively and have various unhealthy psychological behaviors.

In 2008, a devastating earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan, causing huge losses of people and property. Teacher Zhang gave us a lecture today, and almost all the main cases were based on this.

As a psychological counselor, she participated in post-disaster rescue work many times and trained medical staff.

Today, she gave us training, and she put forward five matters or principles that need attention, which are shared as follows:

1. Don't encourage narration unless the parties want to express their ideas.

Many people have made mistakes in principle. When they go to the disaster area, it seems reasonable to ask those who lost their loved ones to talk about the earthquake and encourage them to cry after losing their loved ones. In fact, it is cruel and unprofessional.

A girl lost a leg and her hand was swollen in the epicenter. Some psychological rescuers insist that girls write it down? I love life? Four words, she also wrote down these four words and asked the little girl, whose handwriting is better?

Excuse me, I have all these injuries, but you are not injured. Whose handwriting do you think is better? I have all these. How can you make me love life?

When a family loses its only child for some reason, you still say to the sad mother: You should be happy! Excuse me, can you be happy?

Second, we believe that people have the ability to recover.

Third, guide the victim to restore the integrity of the facts.

We should cherish what we have, and what attitude should we take towards what we have lost?

Fourth, do you want to use it? The orientation of solving problems instead of? Question? direction

Five, the therapist does not replace the parties.

I recommend it carefully.
