If the holder of the special operation certificate of a cross-regional employment or cross-regional mobile construction unit applies for re-examination, he may apply for re-examination and renewal to the assessment and certification unit at the place of residence or employment.

If the application for reexamination is due, the training institution will issue a new certificate after passing the training examination. Provide the following materials when applying for training:

(1) Files kept by the original issuing authority, including special operation evidence collection application form, health examination certificate, education certificate, copy of ID card, examination certificate and other materials (the copy shall be stamped with the seal of the original issuing authority);

(2) the work unit issued a certificate of no violation;

(3) The original qualification certificate for special operations.
