Chapter I General Principles
Article 1 The Chinese name of the club is "Pudong Tennis Club" and the English name is "Oriental Tennis Club" (ETC).
Article 2 The club logo and its meaning are as follows:
Article 3 The nature of the club is a non-profit amateur tennis organization spontaneously organized by golfers, who are free to join and quit voluntarily.
Article 4 The purpose of the club is to make friends with the club, enhance friendship, exchange skills and improve together.
Chapter II Membership System
Article 1 The club implements the membership system, and non-members are also welcome to participate in activities.
Article 2 Basic conditions for membership
1. Love tennis and have a certain foundation;
2. Have a sense of collective responsibility, be willing to serve the club and other members, and be able to fulfill their membership obligations;
3. Support the articles of association and rules and regulations of the club.
Article 3 Rights and obligations of members
(1) Member rights:
1. Participate in various activities organized by the club with preferential fees; If there is a limit on the number of people in the activities organized by the club, members have priority over non-members;
2. Make suggestions and supervise the work of the club;
3. Get tennis technical help through the club, including the help of high-level members and the guidance of other senior tennis coaches invited by the club.
(2) Obligations of members:
1. Strictly implement the articles of association and resolutions of the club, cooperate with the work of the club and maintain the reputation of the club;
2. Members respect, care and help each other, and members with higher levels have the obligation to guide members with lower levels.
3. Respect the work of club staff and actively cooperate with their work.
Article 4 Classification of Members
In order to maintain the level of the club and effectively help improve the level of its members, the club implements the 2+ 1 grouping system.
(1) group a
A-level group is tentatively set as the top 8 before the club points competition; From now on, it will be decided by the results of each group A and B; (For personal reasons, Group A activities are suspended)
(2) group b
Group B is a player who can pull the ball back and forth, but obviously needs the guidance of experts and female players. New members must also be played by Group B;
(3) wild card group
The wild card group is a novice with no tennis foundation and needs to pay for small class training organized by the coach of Pudong Tennis Club. After completing the training, the players in this group can apply to join the club and become B-level players after the coach's evaluation.
Article 5 A member who seriously violates the articles of association and affects the work and reputation of the club shall be dismissed.
Chapter III Activity System
Article 1 Fixed time and place of activities
Venue: No.800, Dongfang Road, Tennis Court, Oriental City Garden, Shanghai.
1. Every Wednesday night 19: 00-22: 00 is the training and competition time for the players.
Every Sunday afternoon 14: 00 to 17: 00 is the training and competition time for the players.
2. The training time of club members (every Wednesday) does not accept temporary members to participate in activities in principle.
3. The match day in the second week of each month (Wednesday and Thursday) is the ranking match in Group A and Group B of the club. In principle, temporary members are not allowed to participate. (pause)
4. Choose a Saturday afternoon every month, and the competition time of Group A and Group B is the same. Players in Group B can challenge senior players to decide the names of Group A and Group B next month. (pause)
5. According to the requirements of the club players, try to arrange professional coaches to guide once a month (the cost is calculated separately).
Article 2 the club competition system
1. The club implements the promotion and demotion system, and each activity and competition is graded (the grading system shall be determined separately), and the top two in Group B and the last two in Group A are promoted and demoted every month; (pause)
2. The club and First Sports regularly hold "Pudong Tennis Points Competition".
Article 3 The club organizes the following activities from time to time:
1. Play friendly matches with brother tennis teams and participate in amateur competitions.
2. Organize members to have dinner, travel and other recreational activities.
Article 4 Matters needing attention in activities and competitions
1. Members must ask for leave from the Executive Committee in advance if they are unable to participate in the activities.
2. Before temporary membership activities, you should first sign in with the person in charge of finance and pay the activity fee.
Every member should bring his own bottled sports drinks, and the club only provides large barrels of drinking water.
4. During the activity, members should strengthen their awareness of environmental protection and pay attention to the cleanliness of the venue.
5. Members take part in activities and take full responsibility for their physical condition. If they feel unwell or injured, they should take the initiative to quit;
6. Tennis is provided by the club during the activity, and used old balls are collected and kept by the club.
Chapter IV: Cost System
Article 1 Payment of fees
(1) Members pay fees when they join, but when they quit, the residual value of membership fees will not be refunded and deposited into the club activity fund.
(2) The membership fee is paid for one month, and the membership fee for the next activity cycle is paid on the penultimate activity day before the end of each activity cycle.
(3) The activity costs are the same, as follows:
1. Full member: twice a week, both men and women are 240 yuan;
Weekly activities 1 time (only on Sundays), both men and women are 150 yuan;
2. Temporary members: 40 yuan for both men and women/time, each time charged;
If it rains on the day of the activity, the activity will be postponed until further notice. If it rains for two consecutive days, the event will be cancelled and the venue fee will be deposited into the club activity fund;
4. Temporary members need to contact in advance whether there are vacancies and pay the fees. Members of temporary activities with friends should actively cooperate.
Article 2 Use of expenses
(1) The membership fee is used for the venue fee, tennis fee and drinking water fee (the racket is provided by itself);
(2) The remaining membership fees will be automatically transferred to the Golf Club Fund for future activities.
Article 3 The Finance Department shall be responsible for fund management, and the Executive Committee shall conduct auditing and supervision.
Chapter V Organizational Structure
Article 1 The highest authority of the club is the general meeting of all members, which is convened by the executive committee and held at the end of each year. The meeting can only be held when more than two thirds of the members are present, and the resolution can only take effect when more than half of the members present vote.
Article 2 The duties of the general meeting of members are:
(1) Organizing various activities of the club and managing finances;
(two) to maintain communication with members, discuss the opinions and suggestions put forward by members in a timely manner, and report to the general meeting of members;
(3) Deciding to absorb and recall members;
(4) To decide other important matters of the golf club.
During the recess of the General Assembly, the General Assembly entrusts the Executive Committee to perform the above duties.
The Executive Committee should be active and cautious. Make every effort to do everything related to the golf club and its members. And constantly try to improve the quality of golf club activities and increase the content of activities;
The work of members of the Executive Committee should be respected and actively cooperated by all members.
Article 4 At present, the members of the Executive Committee are temporarily composed of 1 chairman, 1 chief financial officer, 1 person in charge of activities and competitions, and 2 representatives of supervisors (group A 1 person, group B 1 person). There will be a re-election at the end of the year.
Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Article 1 The amendment of the articles of association of the club shall be proposed by the executive committee and submitted to the general meeting of all members for deliberation and adoption.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 1 A member joining the club shall be deemed as agreeing to all the contents of the Articles of Association;
Article 2 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the club executive committee.
